Data Protection – The Beef Cutting and Packing Plant

Below you can find information about processing your data in our company according to art. 13 of the REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data referred to as “General Data Protection Regulation”).


Our organization maintains data related to the type of business contacts and cooperation with you, contracts concluded binding now and in the past which is your personal data namely: address of your registered seat, mailing address, email address, telephone number, given name and surname, registers numbers such as NIP, REGON, KRS, PESEL.
The data was obtained by our organization from internet browsers available to general public, through the Polish Post or by telephone.

The purpose of processing your data is the fulfillment of binding contracts, maintain contact with you, providing information about our services as well as the fulfillment of our legal obligations e.g. when relevant legal regulations require that our organization process your data for tax and accounting purposes – The Tax Ordinance and Accounting Act .
We also process your data for the purpose of improving our offer, assuring best quality of our goods and services and informing the customers about our goods and services or carrying on direct marketing.
Your data can be also processed in order to protect or claim compensation as well as to guarantee that we fulfill our statutory obligations.



We process data according to the following:

Art. 6. Section 1, letter a of the REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), namely, based on your consent you gave us in situations where such consent was required,
Art. 6, section 1, letter b of the General Data Protection Regulation, for the purpose of fulfilling contracts and taking actions before a contract is concluded,
Art. 6, section 1, letter c of the General Data Protection Regulation for the purpose of legal obligations we have to execute,
Art. 6, section 1, letter f of the General Data Protection Regulation, when the basis of personal data processing is our legally justified interest, for the purpose of improving our offer, assuring best quality of our goods and services and informing the customers about our goods and services or carrying on direct marketing.

You provide us with your personal data voluntarily but it may happen when without your personal data we will not be able to perform or prepare a contract. Providing personal data such as telephone number or email address is also voluntary but without such data it will prevent us from the possibility to contact you through these communication channels.

If we asked you for giving your consent to your personal data processing, such a consent may be cancelled in any time without any impact on the compliance with the entitlement to data processing which was performed based on the consent before it was cancelled. Period for which personal data is kept

Personal data processed for the purpose of concluding or fulfilling a contract and the execution of a legal obligation imposed on the Data Administrator will be kept for the period of a contract duration and after the contract expiration date for the period required to protect or claim compensation or to fulfill a statutory obligation of the Data Controller, e.g. arising out of the provisions of a tax or accounting law.
Personal data processed based on a justified legal interest of the Data Controller will be kept for the whole time such a legal interest exists or by the time an objection will be lodged by a data subject.
Personal data processed based on a consent will be kept by the time such a consent is canceled.



Making available personal data

We do not make available your personal data to third persons if there is no legal basis for such an action. In relation to processing your personal data, such data can be made available or provided to the following entities:

  • authorized employees of the Data Controller,
  • entities providing outsourcing services, accounting and IT services and those maintaining IT infrastructure for the Data Controller,
  • public administration authorities based on statutory requirements.


You have the following rights:

  • you have the right of access by the data subject (article 15 of the General Data Protection Regulation),
  • you have the right to rectification ( article 16 of the General Data Protection Regulation) when the subject’s data is not processed according to law, consent to process the subject’s data is cancelled, an objection is lodged by the data subject in respect of his/her data, data must be deleted for the purpose of fulfilling the statutory obligation,
  • You are not subject to automated decision making, profiling including,
  • You have the right to restriction of processing (article 18 of the General Data Protection Regulation),
  • You have the right to data portability (article 20 of the General Data Protection Regulation), when data processing takes place based on a consent or a contract,
  • You have the right to cancel a consent to personal data processing,
  • You have the right to lodge an objection against personal data processing when personal data processing takes place on the basis of legally justified interest or for statistical purposes and the objection is justified by a specific situation of the data subject or when data is processed for the purposes of direct marketing,
  • You have the right to lodge a complaint in relation to data processing to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
