We respect the environment we work and live in, and we are committed to use only sustainable and efficient technologies. We intend to make our contribution to protecting the environment through waste sorting, reducing the quantity of waste, and reasonable utilization of resources.
We strongly emphasize fulfillment of our clients’ requirements in our daily operations. It is of critical importance for us to deliver top quality end product, conforming to the particular customers’ requirements/specifications. To meet this challenge, we have implemented a quality assurance system based on hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP). As we keep detailed and transparent records, monitor and control each phase of the production process, we are able to meet the expectations of even the most demanding customers.
The Company has implemented a certified quality management system conforming to IFS (International Food Standard) and BRC (Global Standard for Food Safety) since 2010. Management of MCKEEN-BEEF commits resources for maintaining the quality management system and achieving the objectives defined in the Quality Policy.

we carry out production processes in accordance with mandatory food regulations, in a sustainable manner, friendly towards the environment, and we maintain a strict hygiene standard conforming to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Hygiene Practice (GHP),
we maintain, monitor and continuously improve our existing Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) system,
we monitor processes critical for product quality and safety,
we continuously improve personnel qualifications and awareness through systematic and planned training for all employees,
we implement advanced techniques and technologies,
we reach to new sales markets.
